Processing & Dispatch All current orders are pre-orders. Items are estimated to ship in September 2026. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Carrier We ship all orders via Royal Mail International Tracked, ensuring your order can be followed every step of the way.
Customs & Duties For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may be liable for import duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are outside of our control. Bratletics is not responsible for any customs fees incurred.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your order at royalmail.com.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@bratletics.co and we will investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Bratletics cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
